𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐛 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚 (𝐏𝐯𝐭) 𝐋𝐭𝐝. is looking for an E-Commerce Accountant to join our growing Finance & Accounts Team.

📍 Location: Thirunelvely, Jaffna
💼 Employment: Full-Time | On-Site
📈 Experience: 1–3 Years in Accounting / Finance

💼 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
🔹 Maintain daily accounting records, AP/AR, invoices and payments
🔹 Perform bank, cash and account reconciliations
🔹 Support monthly accounts, reporting, audits and tax documentation
🔹 Reconcile e-commerce marketplace sales and payment settlements
🔹 Track marketplace fees, commissions, refunds, cancellations and adjustments
🔹 Reconcile payment gateways, bank deposits and marketplace statements
🔹 Monitor international sales and transactions
🔹 Support product-level sales, cost and profitability analysis
🔹 Identify and investigate financial discrepancies
🔹 Coordinate with E-Commerce and Operations teams

🎯 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
✔️ Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
✔️ 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
✔️ Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills
✔️ Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
✔️ Strong numerical and analytical skills
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✔️ Willingness to work full-time on-site in Jaffna

⭐ 𝐄-𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞
Experience with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Wayfair, Temu or similar marketplaces will be an added advantage, especially in:

  • Marketplace settlement reconciliation
  • E-commerce sales reconciliation
  • Payment gateway reconciliation
  • Refund & cancellation accounting
  • International transactions
  • E-commerce profitability analysis
