Job Responsibilities

• Manage our social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Communicate with customers, handle inquiries and orders.
• Manage accounts and daily sales records.
• Work with our website (update product listings, manage orders, track sales. and ensure smooth operations).
• Speak and communicate in English, Sinhala and Tamil (both written and spoken).

Requirements

• Female candidate only.
• Degree in Computer Science (Mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the e-commerce field.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Ability to manage social media, customer inquiries and online accounts.
• Willingness to work in our office.
