Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICT Technician - Field to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and solutions to our clients. Your expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues will be essential in ensuring seamless operations for our customers.

Requirements

• Male Candidates Only
• Below 35 years
• 1 year experience in LAPTOP/ DESKTOP repair will be an advantage
• Diploma/Certificate in IT, NVQ Level 3 or above in Computer Hardware, Electronics or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Possessing a valid riding licence is an added advantage
• Permanent Residence in Colombo area will be an added advantage. 

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
• Perform routine system maintenance and ensure stable network connectivity.
• Provide technical support to clients both on-site and remotely.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repairs
