Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Support and Operations Associate to provide exceptional customer service, ensure accurate transaction monitoring, and facilitate smooth communication between clients and providers. This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence, supporting client needs, and ensuring timely resolution of transaction-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Support
— Provide responsive and professional support to clients and their customers.
— Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Transaction Monitoring & Settlement
— Monitor client transactions to ensure accuracy and proper status updates.
— Coordinate and execute settlement of client transactions in a timely manner.
- Reporting & Documentation
— Prepare, assist, and deliver reports related to client transactions and operations.
— Maintain accurate documentation required by clients and providers.
- Communication & Coordination
— Liaise with providers regarding game transactions, game information, and documentation needs.
— Respond promptly to client and provider communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Operational Support
— Perform additional tasks related to client operations as assigned.
— Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer support, operations, or transaction monitoring preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
