Trynovation (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a technically skilled, responsible, and leadership-oriented IT Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Computer Hardware & Software
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of Networking & Network Troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical thinking and practical intelligence
  • Ability to take team leadership responsibilities
  • Ability to coordinate, guide, and supervise team members
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations
  • Valid Driving License is required  
  • Previous IT/technical or management experience will be an advantage

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting Salary: LKR 55,000+
