Printer/ Computer Hardware Technician - Field

Office Network    Colombo • Full-time

Requirements

  • Male Candidates Only
  • Below 35 years
  • 1 year experience in printer repair especially in enlargement printers will be an advantage
  • Diploma/Certificate in IT, NVQ Level 3 or above in Computer Hardware, Electronics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in printer/ computer repairs as well
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Possessing a valid riding licence is an added advantage
  • Permanent Residence in Colombo area will be an added advantage. 

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and ensure stable network connectivity.
  • Provide technical support to clients both on-site and remotely.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repairs
