Functional Consultants (Associate/Senior Grades) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

The Job

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP functional configurations
• Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis and GAP analysis
• Recommend ERP solutions aligned with business processes and best practices
• Plan and support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Provide ERP user support during and after implementation
• Conduct user training, workshops and knowledge transfer
• Maintain documentation, project reports and governance records
• Identify implementation risks, escalate issues and support mitigation planning
• Promote professional conduct, accountability and adherence to organizational policies

The Person

• A recognized degree in the finance & accounting field
• Professional qualifications such as CIMA, CA, ACCA or AAT Full / partial professional qualifications in ERP
• Functional Consulting or Business Analysis will be an added advantage.

For Associate Level

• 2-3 years of experience in ERP support, implementation and/or operational activities
• Exposure to ERP functional support or user assistance activities
• At least 2 years experience in Audit firm would be definite advantage
• Experience preparing operational or project documentation
• Experience working within implementation or support teams
• Fresh graduates with ERP knowledge or training may be considered

For Functional/Senior Level

• Minimum 3+ years of ERP industry experience in implementation, consulting, support, and solution delivery
• At least 2+ years of hands-on ERP functional consulting experience
• At least 2 years experience in Audit firm would be definite advantage
• Experience in multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and business process optimization
• Experience conducting customer workshops, training, and stakeholder communication
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including technical, QA, and project management teams
