🚀 We Are Hiring | Software Engineer

Rightmo Web Solution (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our growing team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in web application development.
  • Strong expertise in PHP with the Laravel framework or Next.js, including API integration, authentication, server-side rendering, and performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of MySQL (schema design, optimization) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Proficiency in Git, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in server-side deployment, application architecture, and problem-solving in production environments.
  • Familiarity with React.js / Next.js will be considered an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
