• Position: IT Executive / Junior Executive
• US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Location: Colombo (Preference will be given to candidates residing around Colombo and those available for immediate joining.)

The job holder is required to

• Provide first-level support for desktop issues, including OS, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software problems (connectivity, login, application errors, system crashes).
• Manage user issues via the helpdesk ticketing system, escalating complex cases.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Set up new workstations and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Deploy software updates, patches, and antivirus to maintain security and performance.
• Assist with account setup, password resets, and access rights.
• Work with Active Directory to manage secure user environments.
• Document troubleshooting steps for common issues in a knowledge base.
• Communicate clearly with users to provide updates and set expectations.

Ideal candidate should possess,

• Minimum of 0-1 year of working experience in IT Department.
• Passed GCE Advanced Level.
• Diploma in IT / NVQ Level 04/ Any other equivalent.
