We are looking for a results oriented dynamic person with below qualifications
to join with us to our IT team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides first level IT support to build, configure, and deply end user devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software & connectivity issues.
  • Supoort Microsoft 365,emails systems, basic IT services.
  • Install & configure operating systems and software.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams for issue escalaation.
  • Install, modify and dispose of devises while perfroming regular updates and preventive maintaince fo end users.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: G.C.E. A/L with a certification in computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
  • Professional certifiactions such as Microsoft 365/ Microsift Azure, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), ITIL, CISSP will bean added advantage.
  • Microsoft 365 and ERP system administration and optimization.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Living in Biyagama or nearby areas will be an added advantage.
