Senior Software Engineer (Odoo)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules.
  • Lead technical implementation of Odoo ERP projects.
  • Perform upgrades, migrations, and third-party integrations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with consultants and clients to deliver solutions.
  • Review code, mentor developers, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Odoo development experience.
  • Strong Python, Odoo Framework, PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb, and JavaScript skills.
  • Experience with Odoo modules, REST APIs, integrations, and migrations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Odoo Certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Odoo.sh, Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD.
  • ERP consulting experience.
  • Agile/Scrum and cloud platform exposure.
