About the Role

MO Marketplace App is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join the team behind MO Marketplace, our e-commerce app. You'll own the design of app screens and shopping flows that directly impact conversion, retention, and user experience across our marketplace.

Mandatory Requirement

Applicants must have hands-on experience designing for both mobile apps and e-commerce/marketplace platforms. Applications without this combined experience will not be considered.

What You'll Do

  • Design UI/UX for the MO Marketplace app(Flutter) and website, including product listings, checkout, search, and account flows
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features
  • Improve existing screens based on user behavior and conversion data
  • Collaborate with developers, marketing, and product on end-to-end user journeys
  • Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency across the app

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of UI/UX design experience
  • Proven experience designing mobile apps (required)
  • Proven experience designing e-commerce or marketplace platforms (required)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating app and commerce design work
  • Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools)
  • Understanding of mobile design patterns, usability principles, and conversion-focused design
  • Ability to work closely with developers on Flutter implementation

Nice to Have

  • Experience with design systems
  • Familiarity with GA4/Firebase or user behavior analytics informing design decisions
