About the Role

We are looking for a talented Associate UI/UX Engineer with 1+ years of hands-on project experience who has a strong passion for creating modern, visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly digital experiences.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual design and be able to transform product requirements and ideas into high-quality UI/UX designs. You will work closely with frontend engineers, backend engineers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders to design and improve modern web applications.

We are looking for someone who can balance creative design thinking with practical product and technical considerations.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of professional or project-based experience in UI/UX Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world UI/UX projects
• Strong visual design skills and a good eye for layout, spacing, typography, colors, and visual hierarchy
• Strong experience with Figma
• Good understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
• Experience designing modern web applications and responsive interfaces
• Ability to create clean, consistent, and visually appealing user interfaces
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Ability to convert requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles
• Ability to understand existing products and identify opportunities for UI/UX improvements
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with developers and understand technical limitations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality

UI/UX & Design Skills

1. UI Design
   • Strong visual design skills with attention to spacing, alignment, typography, colors, and consistency
   • Ability to create modern, clean, and professional user interfaces
   • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and design composition
   • Ability to maintain consistency across multiple screens and features
2. UX Design
   • Understanding of user-centered design principles
   • Ability to analyze user requirements and design intuitive user experiences
   • Experience creating user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns
   • Ability to identify usability issues and propose practical improvements
3. Figma
   • Strong hands-on experience with Figma
   • Experience creating wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
   • Understanding of Figma components, variants, auto layout, and reusable design elements
   • Ability to organize and maintain structured design files
4. Wireframing & Prototyping
   • Experience creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes
   • Ability to create interactive prototypes for validating user flows
   • Experience communicating design concepts through prototypes
   • Ability to iterate designs based on feedback and usability considerations
5. Responsive Design
   • Strong understanding of responsive web design
   • Experience designing interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
   • Understanding of breakpoints, responsive layouts, and adaptive components
   • Ability to ensure consistent user experiences across different screen sizes
6. Design Systems
   • Understanding of design systems and reusable UI components
   • Experience creating or working with component libraries
   • Ability to maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, buttons, forms, navigation, and other UI elements
   • Familiarity with design tokens and reusable design patterns is an advantage
7. User Research & Usability
   • Basic understanding of user research methodologies
   • Ability to understand user needs and pain points
   • Familiarity with usability testing and gathering user feedback
   • Ability to use feedback to improve designs and user experiences
8. Developer Collaboration
   • Ability to work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
   • Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, and responsive frontend concepts is an advantage
   • Ability to provide clear design specifications and assets to developers
   • Understanding of technical constraints and feasibility when designing interfaces

What You'll Do

• Design modern, intuitive, and visually appealing web application interfaces
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Develop interactive prototypes using Figma
• Translate business and product requirements into effective user experiences
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to understand requirements
• Work closely with frontend engineers during implementation
• Review implemented interfaces and ensure they match approved designs
• Identify UI/UX issues and recommend improvements
• Maintain consistency across the product's visual language and design system
• Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback
• Continuously improve existing products based on user feedback and usability considerations
• Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, tools, and design practices

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is required for this position.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous real-world UI/UX projects through a portfolio, Figma files, case studies, or other relevant work.
