At Bridge Tech, we're building AI-powered products that turn raw feedback into decisions that matter. We're looking for a Data Scientist who gets energized by messy data, hidden patterns, and the moment a model finally clicks.

What you'll actually do:

  • Dig into large-scale survey and feedback datasets
  • Build ML & NLP models for segmentation, sentiment, and prediction
  • Design experiments that measure real, tangible impact
  • Turn insights into product decisions that ship

This role is for you if:

  • You think in hypotheses, not hunches
  • You're as comfortable with a confusion matrix as you are explaining results to a product team
