Tech Lead - Data Engineering

Join our team as a Tech Lead and play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high quality data analytics solutions while mentoring a talented team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical solution design and delivery of analytics and data engineering projects.
  • Guide and mentor developers, ensuring coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Review technical solutions, resolve complex issues, and ensure project quality.
  • Oversee testing, deployment, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and Project Managers to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, or Analytics.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering end-to-end cloud or on- premises data analytics projects.
  • In depth understanding on data warehouse architecture, ETL pipeline development and data analytics solution design best practices
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, ETL processes, and modern data technologies.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • SnowPro Core, SnowPro Advanced Architect, or similar technical certifications are an added advantage.
