Key Responsibilities

  • Leading efforts in defining test strategies, test planning, execution, and reviews Improving and maintaining test automation frameworks
  • Reviewing and contributing towards the development of automation scripts
  • Configuring and maintaining Continuous Integration (CI) environments
  • Overseeing test execution and communicating test status to stakeholders
  • Mentoring, training, and leading a team of Quality Engineers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent qualification
  • 5-6+ years of industry experience in Quality Engineering
  • Experience in test automation using Selenium and related automation frameworks Experience in performance testing and performance testing tools
  • Strong knowledge of software testing processes, best practices, and test design techniques
  • Strong knowledge of Java, OOP concepts, and coding standards
  • Experience working with Jenkins, Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines Experience testing REST APIs using Rest-Assured or SoapUI
  • Solid understanding of Agile Software Testing and Software Engineering concepts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
  • ISTQB, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification will be an added advantage
  • A passion for continuous learning and keeping up with emerging technologies
