About the Role

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications using Python-based microservices, voice technologies, and multimodal AI models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Generative AI applications powered by LLMs and multimodal models.
  • Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI.
  • Integrate language, speech, vision, and multimodal AI models into enterprise applications.
  • Develop RAG and orchestration solutions using OpenSearch and enterprise knowledge sources.
  • Design AI agents, prompt workflows, voice-enabled workflows, tool integrations, and reasoning pipelines.
  • Develop real-time voice AI solutions using STT, TTS, VAD, speaker recognition, and conversational AI.
  • Build multimodal applications combining text, voice, images, video, and structured data.
  • Deploy and manage AI services using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
  • Implement monitoring, security, logging, guardrails, and responsible AI controls.
  • Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and DevOps teams.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Python programming experience.
  • Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, multimodal models, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
  • Experience with voice AI technologies and conversational voice agents.
  • Familiarity with AI integration frameworks, OpenSearch, Pinecone, and vector search technologies.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
  • Understanding of authentication, API security, scalability, monitoring, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building voice assistants, AI call agents, or conversational AI platforms.
  • Experience with multi-agent systems and agentic AI workflows.
  • Knowledge of model fine-tuning, evaluation, guardrails, and AI observability.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, WebSockets, or messaging platforms.
  • Familiarity with AWS AI and machine learning services.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
