Automation & AI Workflow development - Associate Engineer/Intern

Required Skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of 𝗻𝟴𝗻 workflow automation.
  • Experience building multi-step automation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of 𝗛𝗧𝗧𝗣 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 nodes, 𝗪𝗲𝗯𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀, expressions, and variables in n8n.
  • Good understanding of 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗔𝗣𝗜𝘀 and API-based integrations.
  • Ability to connect, troubleshoot, and debug third-party API integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁 for developing and customizing n8n Code nodes.
  • Basic understanding of 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 database operations, including Storage Buckets, Authentication, and Edge Functions.
  • Familiarity with 𝗚𝗶𝘁 and 𝗚𝗶𝘁𝗛𝘂𝗯 for version control.
  • Ability to create clear documentation for workflows, implementation steps, issues, and resolutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Vapi to build AI voice agents, configure assistants, create outbound calling workflows, and manage call data.
  • Experience with Twilio for voice calling, SMS, phone number configuration, and telephony integrations.
  • Experience developing or integrating AI voice-agent systems.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team.
  • Must provide daily 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 outlining:
    • Tasks completed
    • Tasks in progress
    • Pending tasks
    • Blockers or issues requiring attention

This reporting structure is essential to ensure project progress can be tracked clearly and managed effectively.
