Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate online and physical training sessions.
• Work with trainers, training experts, clients, and internal teams.
• Analyze learning reports and learning statistics, prepare reports, and share updates with stakeholders.
• Prepare post-training evaluation, attendance, progress reports, and training effectiveness summaries.
• Research new developments and emerging trends in talent development and learning technologies, and contribute new ideas.
• Support learner follow-up and engagement activities.
• Share insights with product teams to help design and implement new features and modules in our education technology tools.
