Learning & Development Intern

Job Description

We're looking for a motivated intern to join our Learning & Development team and support initiatives that help our employees learn, grow, and perform at their best.

What You'll Do

• Support the coordination and scheduling of training programs and workshops.
• Help design and create learning content and materials.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and activities.
• Track training participation and gather feedback to support continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• ​Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Learning & Development processes.
• Good organizational and English communication skills.
• Interest in training coordination, employee engagement, and content creation.
