Senior HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior HR Executive - Talent Acquisition to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the organization's hiring goals. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and interviewing skills, with the ability to recruit for a wide range of positions efficiently.

A professional qualification in CIPM will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Prepare job descriptions and publish vacancies across relevant platforms.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Added Advantage

  • Professional qualification in CIPM (Completed or Reading) will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience in recruitment agencies or corporate talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and employer branding.
