Key Responsibilities

IT Support

  • Provide support for hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and systems.
  • Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365, user accounts, data backups, and IT security.
  • Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and coordinate with IT vendors.

Admin Support

  • Oversee office administration, facilities, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations. Support employee onboarding by arranging workstations, equipment, and access requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or office administration. (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
