Job Description
We are recruiting a high-caliber Business Development Manager – IT to join the core team of our Australian-based client. This is a permanent, 100% remote position for a Sri Lankan professional who is equally skilled at front-end sales and back-end organizational management.
The Role
You will be the “right hand” to the international management team, driving growth in the Australia and US markets while ensuring the business runs smoothly.
- Strategic Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients within the tech space.
- IT Product Expert: Lead high-impact product demonstrations, translating technical features into business value.
- Negotiation & Conversion: Manage the full sales cycle, including high-level negotiations and closing deals.
- Operational Administration: Provide executive-level administrative support, managing workflows, scheduling, and team coordination.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Sri Lanka.
- Communication: Flawless English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience: Proven experience in IT Product Demonstrations and International Sales.
- Closing Prowess: A demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure new business.
- Time Zone Alignment: Full availability for Australian Business Hours (Early morning starts in SL).
- Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy.
