Lead QA Engineer

🚀 We're looking for an experienced Lead QA Engineer to lead our Quality Assurance team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions for overseas clients.

🔎 You'll drive QA strategies, improve testing processes, mentor team members, and help deliver reliable, high-performing products.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a QA team.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience testing web applications, APIs, and responsive websites.
  • Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Experience with SQL and database validation.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

📍Location: Galle, Sri Lanka (Onsite)
