Overview
EverestX Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst - ERP Intern to join our dynamic ERP implementation team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business process analysis, ERP implementation, functional testing, and client support. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and developers to understand organizational needs, configure Odoo modules, and deliver innovative business solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from users and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the configuration and testing of Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and CRM.
  • Support ERP implementation processes, deployment, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
  • Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications, reports, user guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct system testing and assist in tracking and resolving issues.
  • Provide user training and support during implementation projects.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and ERP optimization activities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and document business workflows effectively.
  • Proficient in report writing and documentation.
  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP is a significant advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with business process analysis and workflow mapping.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Understanding of functional testing and quality assurance principles.
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and business domains.
