Business Analyst + Project Management Intern

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Business Analyst + Project Management Intern to join our growing team. If you're passionate about understanding business requirements, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful project delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Overview

As a BA + PM Intern, you will work closely with leadership, clients, and technical teams to gather business requirements, coordinate project activities, manage tasks, and support the successful execution of software and digital projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Analyze business processes and translate requirements into clear functional specifications
  • Coordinate with developers, AI engineers, designers, and marketing teams
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and managing project timelines
  • Maintain project task boards (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools)
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on pending tasks
  • Prepare meeting notes, project documentation, and weekly status reports
  • Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Identify project risks, blockers, and communicate them proactively
  • Help ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Business Analysis and Project Management concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Good English communication (written & spoken)

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with JIRA, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of process modeling, wireframing, or documentation tools is an advantage
