Job Description
Antler Foundry is a technology solutions consultancy working with multinational clients across aviation, solar energy, food solutions, and more — and we're looking for a hungry, people-oriented Sales Intern to join our team in Colombo.
This is a paid, hands-on internship where you'll work directly with our business development team, gain real exposure to B2B tech sales, and build skills that go well beyond any classroom.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the BD team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients
- Researching market opportunities and industry verticals
- Assisting in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Following up on leads and maintaining CRM records
- Sitting in on client meetings and learning how deals get done
Who we're looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Confident communicator — written and verbal
- Self-starter with a genuine interest in technology and sales
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
- Prior sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus
