Job Description

Antler Foundry is a technology solutions consultancy working with multinational clients across aviation, solar energy, food solutions, and more — and we're looking for a hungry, people-oriented Sales Intern to join our team in Colombo.

This is a paid, hands-on internship where you'll work directly with our business development team, gain real exposure to B2B tech sales, and build skills that go well beyond any classroom.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the BD team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients
  • Researching market opportunities and industry verticals
  • Assisting in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Following up on leads and maintaining CRM records
  • Sitting in on client meetings and learning how deals get done

Who we're looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Confident communicator — written and verbal
  • Self-starter with a genuine interest in technology and sales
  • Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Prior sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus
