About the Role

Neo Solution is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA & SEO Intern to join our development and digital marketing teams. In this role, you will help ensure the quality, performance, and search visibility of our web and mobile applications while gaining hands-on industry experience across software testing, full-stack concepts, and digital optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Testing: Execute test cases, perform functional and UI testing, and systematically log, report, and track bugs across web applications.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Monitor SEO health, manage optimization tools, and execute effective backlink strategies to improve search rankings.
• Content & Digital Marketing: Create engaging website and blog content to support ongoing digital marketing campaigns.
• Front-End & Back-End Assistance: Implement minor UI updates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS, alongside basic back-end support.
• Mobile & Cross-Platform Support: Assist with mobile application workflows utilizing Flutter and Firebase integration.

Candidate Requirements

• Core Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of QA testing methodologies, test case creation, SEO principles, and backlink management.
• Development Stack Familiarity: Basic knowledge or coursework involving PHP, Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Tailwind CSS.
• Mobile Technologies: Familiarity with Flutter and Firebase ecosystems.
• Front-End Fundamentals: Practical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, a creative mindset, and a strong eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Style: Ability to adapt effectively to a hybrid work arrangement.
