Want to start your career on real software projects? FAITE (IT Services & Consulting) is opening two internship roles for students and fresh graduates.

Roles & responsibilities 

• Take part in client meetings and gather business and system requirements
• Document requirements as Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories and use cases
• Create process flows, workflow diagrams and basic wireframes
• Turn client needs into clear tasks for developers and QA engineers
• Help prepare proposals, quotations and tender/RFP responses
• Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by writing test scenarios and checking that features meet requirements
• Keep project documentation, meeting notes and change requests up to date
• Research competitor products and industry practices to suggest improvements

What we’re looking for

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate in IT, Information Systems, Business Management or a related field
• Strong written and spoken English Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Interest in how software systems and business processes work
• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace (Draw.io, Figma or Jira is a plus)
