Job Description

We're Hiring Customer Support Officer (Intern (Paid) / Junior/Senior)

• Full Time/Hybrid

• Preferred Male

What You'll Do

• Handle and log client support tickets
• Provide timely and professional responses within SLA
• Manage routine service requests (e.g. access, password resets)
• Take support calls and assist clients
• Escalate complex issues with clear handovers
• Occational site visits for user trainings/ meetings

What We're Looking For

• Clear written English and basic spoken English
• Good listening and a customer-first attitude
• Calm, organised and a team player
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, software installation and troubleshooting)

Experience/Background

• Intern: Recent graduates (Degree/HND / Diploma)
• Junior: 1-2 years' experience
• Senior: 3-5 years' experience
• IT, banking, financial or payroll exposure is a plus (not required).
