🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, operating systems, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity, system performance, and software-related problems.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT security requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and equipment inventories.
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors when required.
  • Assist with data backup, system updates, and IT security procedures.

🎯 Who We're Looking For

  • A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar IT-related role.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of computer networking, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, email configuration, and user account management.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and support team members.
