Associate - Business Analyst

Job Description

We are a leading BPO service provider specializing in the healthcare industry, and we are seeking a dedicated Associate - Business Analyst to join our growing Digital Development Team.

This role offers the chance to act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams. You will work on Digital projects, gather complex requirements, collaborate across departments, define clear system specifications, and facilitate robust data and testing methodologies to ensure the successful execution of our core initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
• A degree or undergraduate qualification in Business information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Good command of English (spoken & written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs, proposals)
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Support the development team and assist with testing during project execution.
• Participate in meetings and take clear meeting notes
• Help identify process improvements and suggest solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and track requirement changes.

Work Schedule

• Shift Hours 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM(Sri Lanka Time)
• Days Monday-Friday
• Work mode On-Site
