About Inubzee
- Inubzee helps small and mid-sized businesses run better using AI, automation and good design.
- Our services include:
- AI and automation audits.
- AI lead-capture and follow-up systems.
- Premium website redesign.
- AI content and marketing support.
- We are a small, ambitious team working directly with businesses to improve how they operate, attract enquiries and present themselves online.
- We are now looking for a Junior Digital Marketing & Content Executive to help us build our brand, create useful content and generate more qualified enquiries.
About the role
- This is a practical junior marketing role for someone who enjoys writing, content creation, social media, digital campaigns and learning how marketing produces measurable business results.
- You will work directly with the founder and product team across:
- LinkedIn.
- Instagram.
- Email.
- Website content.
- Landing pages.
- Case studies.
- Organic and paid campaigns.
- Marketing experiments.
- You will not need several years of experience. However, you should be able to show clear writing, initiative and evidence of something you have created or managed.
- The role is junior in seniority but provides meaningful ownership. You will help plan what we publish, create and improve content, support campaigns and track whether our marketing is generating enquiries.
What you will do
- Create and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, email and the website.
- Turn Inubzee’s services and client work into clear, useful marketing content.
- Support social media planning and maintain a consistent publishing rhythm.
- Help create landing pages, service pages and case studies.
- Assist with organic and paid marketing campaigns.
- Research target customers, competitors and content opportunities.
- Help explain technical services in language that business owners can understand.
- Track enquiries, booked calls and basic campaign performance.
- Test new content and marketing ideas each month.
- Use AI tools to support research, drafting and analysis while reviewing all output carefully.
- Report what is working, what is not working and what should change.
- Work with the founder and technical team to turn internal expertise into useful public content.
What we are looking for
- Required
- Clear written English.
- Interest in digital marketing, content and business growth.
- Ability to create or edit basic content using Canva or similar tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn analytics, SEO, email marketing and campaign tracking.
- Ability to explain ideas simply and write for a business audience.
- Organised, reliable and able to complete work without constant follow-up.
- Evidence of initiative through a personal project, university project, freelance work, social media page, content portfolio, campaign or similar practical example.
- Nice to have
- Experience with Canva, Figma or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media insights or spreadsheets.
- Basic SEO or email marketing knowledge.
- Experience creating reels, short-form video or visual content.
- Experience with paid campaigns.
- Experience using AI tools responsibly for research, drafting or analysis.
- B2B, agency or client-facing experience.
- Not required
- A marketing degree.
- Several years of professional experience.
- Previous agency experience.
- A large portfolio.
- Practical work and evidence of learning are more important than formal qualifications alone.
- This role may not be suitable if
- You need a detailed brief before beginning every task.
- You are interested only in publishing content and not in understanding results.
- You are uncomfortable learning unfamiliar tools.
- You use AI to produce work without checking or improving it.
- You rarely complete self-directed projects.
What success looks like
- Success in this role will be measured through the quality and consistency of the work and its contribution to business growth, including:
- Useful, clear and consistent content.
- Improved website and landing-page communication.
- Qualified enquiries and booked calls.
- Learning from campaign and content performance.
- Reliable execution without constant supervision.
- Practical improvements based on evidence.
- Follower counts and impressions are not the only measures of success. We would rather publish useful content twice a week and generate meaningful enquiries than publish every day without a clear outcome.
