About Inubzee
- Inubzee helps small and mid-sized businesses run better using AI and good design. We do four things:
- AI & Automation Audits — we map where a business is losing time and money, and hand back a plan
- AI Lead Capture Systems — the full path from first enquiry to follow-up, automated and run for the client
- Website Redesign — premium sites built for trust and conversion, not decoration
- AI Content & Marketing — content and campaigns produced with AI and shaped by strategy
- We're small, we move fast, and the work is good. What we haven't built yet is the part that makes people know it. That's this role.
The role
- You own two things: how Inubzee is perceived, and how many clients get in touch.
- Everything else follows from those. You'll shape how we look and sound across every channel, keep that consistent as we grow, and run the campaigns and content that turn attention into enquiries. You'll work across all four service lines rather than specialising in one.
- A note on focus, because "general" can quietly become "scattered": the brand is what earns trust, and the audit is our front door — most clients start there and grow into the rest. So your work has one shape to it, not four. Make people trust us, then get them to the door.
- You'll be measured on enquiries and booked calls, not impressions or follower counts. We'd rather you publish twice a week and bring in four enquiries than publish daily and bring none.
- This is a junior role with senior-level ownership. You will not be handed a content calendar to execute. You'll build it, defend it, and change it when the numbers say so.
What you'll actually do
- Brand
- Own how Inubzee looks, sounds and reads across the site, social, decks and client-facing material
- Build and hold the line on a consistent voice — the thing that stops output turning into noise as volume goes up
- Turn our work into proof: case studies, before-and-afters, client results
- Growth
- Own a consistent publishing rhythm across LinkedIn, Instagram and email — write it, ship it, keep it running without being chased
- Build a target list of businesses that fit us, and run outbound against it
- Write and ship landing pages for each service; work with design to get them live
- Run campaigns, paid and organic, across all four service lines
- Set up and own the measurement: which channel produced which enquiry, and what it cost
- Both
- Run 2–3 experiments a month and kill the ones that don't work without waiting for permission
- Report back what prospects actually push back on, so we can sharpen the offer
- Work directly with the founder and product lead — there's no layer between you and the decisions
What we're looking for
- Required
- You can write. Clear, plain, no filler. This is the single biggest thing.
- You have taste. You can tell the difference between something that looks professional and something that looks templated, and you can say why.
- You've run something end to end yourself — a page, a newsletter, a side project, a client account, a store, a community. Anything with an audience and a result you can talk about honestly.
- You're comfortable with numbers. Google Analytics, a spreadsheet, basic attribution. You don't need SQL.
- You can explain what we sell to someone who doesn't care about technology. If you can't say what an AI audit does for a plumbing company, you can't market one.
- You finish things.
- Nice to have
- Design ability in Figma or Canva — enough to get a page, a post or an ad live without waiting on anyone
- Paid campaign experience (Google Ads, Meta) — real budget, not a certification
- Any B2B, agency or client-facing experience
- Comfort using AI tools as part of how you work — with judgement, not as a substitute for it
- Not required
- Years of experience. Zero years with an obvious body of self-directed work beats three years scheduling other people's posts.
- A marketing degree.
How to know this isn't for you
- You want a detailed brief before you start anything
- You measure your work in output rather than outcome
- You'd rather be told the strategy than argue for one
- You use AI to produce work you haven't read properly
Process
- Application form — including a short written task. About 30 minutes if you're the right person.
- Call — 30 minutes with [Farhat / Mark].
- Trial task — one real piece of work.
- Offer.
We reply to everyone who applies, including the people we don't move forward with.
