If you have hands-on experience in Desktop Support, Hardware Troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Endpoint Management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT support for end users across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and application issues to ensure seamless business operations.
• Manage user accounts, device provisioning, endpoint management, and operating system deployments.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, software licensing, and coordinate with vendors.
• Support IT infrastructure projects while ensuring security, compliance, and service excellence.

We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Desktop Support, End User Support, or IT Service Desk.
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and end-user devices.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Endpoint Management.
• Experience with device imaging, hardware diagnostics, deployment, repairs, and IT asset management.
• Familiarity with network devices, cabling, and connectivity troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
