About the role
We're a UK-based technology company building a healthcare platform powered by AI-driven collaboration and smart data connectivity. We're hiring a junior full-stack developer — someone with a solid foundation in modern web development who's ready to take on real ownership, learn from senior engineers, and grow into a stronger, more independent builder.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain features across the front end and back end
- Help develop APIs, integrations and cloud-based solutions
- Develop responsive, user-friendly experiences across platforms
- Write clean, well-documented, testable code
- Take part in code reviews and learn from senior feedback
- Help troubleshoot issues and support performance improvements
- Contribute to technical documentation as you go
- Stay curious about new tools, patterns and AI-assisted workflows
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related (required)
- 3+ years' professional full-stack development experience (required)
- Solid grounding in API development, databases and version control
- Working understanding of SDLC, authentication and basic DevOps practice
- Comfortable in agile, remote and distributed teams
- Clear communicator who documents as well as they code
- Keen to learn and grow with AI-assisted development tools

Data & auth: Firestore, SQL, NoSQL, Firebase Auth
