Associate – EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
Work Week:
Monday to Friday
Shift Window:
2.00 PM – 11.00 PM IST (straddle shift)
Important: HealthRecon Connect currently operates under a hybrid work arrangement, with the number of remote workdays varying by team. However, depending on client deliverables and business needs, employees may be required to work on-site for all five weekdays.

Responsibilities:
- Manage EDI transactions, agreements, EFT setups, and payer portal access.
- Maintain accurate EDI records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, insurance payers, and healthcare providers to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain 98%+ accuracy in credentialing payer follow-ups and call quality.
- Support training and onboarding of new employees on job-specific processes.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Partially qualified in any degree/professional qualification.
- Minimum 1 year experience in BPO sector is mandatory.
- Technical Competency in EDI Systems and/or Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle is an added advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with MS Office package.
