Hiring: D365 Test Engineer (Quality Engineer)

📍 Sri Lanka – Remote | 🌍 UK & Sri Lanka Delivery Team

🕐 UK Working Hours (GMT/BST) | 💼 Full-time

We are looking for an experienced D365 Test Engineer to support an ERP Transformation Programme involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Perform Functional Testing, SIT, Regression Testing & UAT
• Validate end-to-end D365 F&O and integration processes
• Manage defects and support defect triage
• Execute and maintain Leap work automation
• Test APIs, Middleware, EDI & data synchronization
• Support UAT and communicate testing progress, risks, and quality status

✅ Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Hands-on D365 F&O testing experience in a full lifecycle implementation
• Strong experience in Functional, SIT, Regression & UAT testing
• Experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans
• Experience with Leap work, Selenium, Tricentis, or similar automation tools
• Strong knowledge of at least one D365 F&O domain – Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, or Platform
• Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, Middleware & EDI
• Ability to interpret FDDs, TDDs & BPMs
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to work UK hours and within a remote UK/Sri Lanka team
• Strong hands-on approach to testing and validation
