SoftDev Global is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and help grow our brands. You will create engaging content, manage social media channels, improve search visibility, and produce high-quality visual and video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content across social media platforms
• Manage content calendars and maintain consistent brand messaging 
• Develop campaigns that increase engagement, leads and brand awareness
• Perform keyword research and optimise website content for SEO
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance and audience growth
• Design professional graphics for social media, websites and advertisements
• Edit short-form promotional videos, reels and digital content
• Recommend improvements based on analytics and campaign results

What We’re Looking For

• Practical experience in social media management
• Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
• Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Video editing experience using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software
• Strong written communication and content-creation skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant marketing or creative work
