Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

Join a brand-new UK e-commerce business and help build its digital presence from day one. This role covers SEO, paid ads, social media, content, and email marketing, with real creative ownership and long-term growth potential.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and manage SEO strategy, keyword targeting, and on-page optimisation
• Run and optimise Google Shopping, Search, and Meta ad campaigns
• Plan and schedule Facebook and Instagram content, including Reels
• Manage Klaviyo or similar email campaigns, automations, and newsletters
• Write or manage blog content, product descriptions, and monthly performance reporting

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years' hands-on e-commerce SEO experience
• 1+ year managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong content writing skills in fluent UK English
• Social media management experience plus Canva knowledge
• Email marketing platform experience such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
• Confident with GA4, Search Console, reporting, and self-management

Desirable

• Shopify experience
• Affiliate, influencer, or Pinterest marketing knowledge
• Basic video editing for short-form content
• Experience working with UK or European clients remotely
