Job Description

Spinellanka Tours (PVT) LTD, Wattala is looking for a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Administration & IT Officer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer bookings, inquiries, and reservations
  • Manage our company website and online booking system
  • Coordinate with hotels, drivers, tour guides, suppliers, and customers
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, itineraries, and travel documentation
  • Maintain company records, reports, and administrative documentation
  • Manage company emails and provide excellent customer support
  • Support daily office administration and operational activities
  • Assist management with coordination, planning, and business operations

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • IT knowledge and computer literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working with websites and online booking systems
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in tourism, hospitality, or administration is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies is a plus

Position Details

  • Position: Administration & IT Officer
  • Office Location: Wattala, Sri Lanka
  • Work Type: Hybrid Working (Remote work may be available)
  • Preferred Candidates: Living in or near Colombo and Gampaha areas.
  • Employment Type: 80% Full time
  • Salary: LKR 45,000 – 70,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
