Job Summary

SAS IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and experienced IT Executive to manage the company's IT infrastructure, provide technical support, maintain websites, and ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem solver with strong technical knowledge. Experience in graphic design and social media management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and troubleshoot company websites.
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, network printers, and LAN/WAN networks.
  • Manage and maintain PBX/IP telephone systems.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and security updates.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and other office technologies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services and repairs.
  • Assist with graphic designing and social media content creation when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.
  • Experience with website management (WordPress or similar CMS).
  • Good knowledge of networking, including routers, switches, access points, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience configuring printers, scanners, PBX systems, and other office IT equipment.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity, system backups, and data protection.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other graphic design tools is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content management is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
