Manager - Functional Consulting

Job Summary

Enterprise Analytics is seeking an experienced Manager - Functional Consulting to lead and manage the Functional Consulting Practice across ERP implementation, upgrade, consulting, and support engagements.
The ideal candidate should possess strong functional consulting expertise in IFS and/or Acumatica, combined with proven leadership experience managing large consulting teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a Functional Consulting team comprising 30+ consultants.
  • Oversee resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning across projects and support engagements.
  • Ensure delivery governance, consulting quality, and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Technical Teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Support presales activities including solutioning, estimations, and proposal development.
  • Drive continuous improvement, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the consulting practice.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of consulting experience, including 4-5 years in a leadership or practice management role.
  • Strong hands-on functional consulting experience in IFS and/or Acumatica.
  • Proven experience leading consulting teams of 25+ members.
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and delivery governance.
  • Experience in global ERP rollouts and cloud ERP upgrade programs.
  • Exposure to consulting financial management, utilization tracking, and PMO governance.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
