As an AI Engineer, you’ll lead the design and deployment of production-grade AI and LLM solutions for clients in healthcare, legal, and more. You’ll own solutions end to end and guide our Associate engineers along the way.

What you’ll do

  • Design, build, and deploy AI and LLM-based solutions for real client problems
  • Build RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and fine-tuned models
  • Evaluate models and set up guardrails to manage bias, privacy, and hallucination risks
  • Set up MLOps pipelines to deploy and monitor models in production
  • Mentor Associate AI Engineers and present findings to the team and client

You’ll need

  • 2-4 years of experience in ML or AI development, including at least one solution delivered to production
  • Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LLMs
  • Familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain/LlamaIndex
  • Good understanding of AI safety and evaluation methods
  • Strong communication skills
