Requirements
- A foundational qualification in IT or a related field, along with previous experience in a similar role, will be considered a distinct advantage
POS Systems
Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Networking
Basic knowledge of networking, including LAN and Wi-Fi configurations.
Hardware Maintenance
Ability to perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on computers and other IT equipment.
Technical Support
Providing reliable technical assistance and support to the in-house staff.
