Application Developer (Night Shift)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with strong expertise in React, React Native, Spring Boot, Python, Al/LLMs, and cloud technologies to develop and optimize scalable desktop and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Al integration, locally hosted LLMs, database optimization, and secure cloud deployment, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable desktop and mobile applications using React, React Native, and modern frontend technologies.
• Develop backend services, REST APIs, and enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Python.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) databases across Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.
• Develop, integrate, deploy, and optimize Python-based Al solutions and models across cloud platforms.
• Deploy, manage, and scale locally hosted Large Language Models (LLMs) for business applications.
• Optimize Al models and databases for performance, throughput, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Implement DevOps. DevSecOps. CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployment processes across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product planning, system architecture, code reviews, technical documentation, and end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant software development experience, with a proven track record of delivering scalable applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and React Native for desktop and mobile application development.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Python, REST APIs, and backend application development.
• Practical experience with MSSQL and cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Demonstrable experience deploying and scaling locally hosted LLMS and integrating Al models into applications.
• Expertise in Al model and database optimization, Al-assisted software development, DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Open to work according to standard US hours and calendar.
