• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2-4 years of hands-on software development experience, mainly in Python
• Experience building backend applications, web scraping solutions, and GenAI-powered workflows
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with comfort working in an Agile environment

Your Tech Toolkit

• Core: Python (OOP, data structures) and FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Scraping: BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or Playwright
• Data and integration: REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL databases
• GenAI: LLM APIs and prompt engineering
• Engineering practices: Git, debugging, unit testing

Nice to Have (An Advantage)

• OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock
• LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, or agentic workflows
• Docker, AWS, CI/CD
• PDF processing and OCR
• Basic React or JavaScript
