Lead Engineer – Information Security

Ready to lead enterprise cybersecurity solutions and help shape the future of secure digital infrastructure? We’re looking for a cybersecurity professional who can combine deep technical expertise with customer engagement, solution architecture, and technical leadership to help organizations navigate complex security challenges.

In this role, you will:

• Lead customer-facing workshops, architecture sessions, solution discussions, and technical presentations
• Serve as a trusted advisor during pre-sales and solution design activities
• Design end-to-end security architectures across cloud, network, identity, endpoint, and data protection domains
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, proposals, and implementation strategies
• Drive proof of concept, proof of value, and technical validation initiatives
• Collaborate with sales, alliances, and delivery teams to support and close enterprise opportunities
• Mentor engineers and contribute to strengthening internal technical excellence

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, consulting, or pre-sales, with leadership exposure
• Strong expertise in SIEM, IAM, EDR/XDR, Cloud Security, AI Security, Network Security, and Zero Trust
• Proven experience in solution design, RFP responses, and client presentations
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and cloud ecosystems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and engage stakeholders

Bonus Points:

• Certifications such as CEH, CCNP Security, Azure Security, or AWS Security Specialty
• Experience in SI/MSSP or cybersecurity consulting environments
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, CIS, and MITRE ATT&CK
