Systems Engineer

Job Description

Are you a systems professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, VMware infrastructure, storage, and enterprise environments? We’re looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team and support the management, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure.

In this role, you will:

• Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, SQL, O365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, WSUS, and Intune
• Manage VLAN tagging, VMware snapshots, storage provisioning, system drive expansion, and other VMware environment tasks
• Work with VMware technologies including ESX/ESXi, vSphere, vMotion, vCenter, and other enterprise-level platforms
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain accurate system documentation and asset inventories
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor system health and performance
• Provide technical support outside regular office hours when required
