Business Analyst – Manufacturing

Job Description

We're looking for a BA/Senior BA with strong experience in manufacturing-related tech projects. A background in apparel/fashion merchandising (systems & processes) is a key requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
• Gather, analyze, and document business/functional requirements
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and process flow documentation
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
• Support solution design, system testing, and UAT
• Monitor requirement changes across the project lifecycle

For Senior BA:

Own requirements end-to-end, lead BA activities across projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and mentor junior BAs.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2–5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Mandatory: Manufacturing-related tech project experience (ERP, production, supply chain, inventory systems)
• Key requirement: Strong experience in apparel/fashion merchandising
• Solid understanding of business process analysis & requirement-gathering
• Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
